PIN Request To request a PIN, enter your member ID and the desired PIN. An e-mail will be sent to the address matching the member ID you enter to confirm the new PIN. Once you receive that e-mail, follow the directions in it to complete the PIN request. Member ID: (ex 12345) Desired PIN: Your PIN must be at least 4 digits long, and can only contain numbers.
