Overview

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has soared ahead of other competing scoring packages by not only incorporating the latest in technology but also taking the membership needs into consideration. KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ is broken down into three modules: the Membership Module, the Scoring Module, and the Web Utilities.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ is the new standard that all other scoring software vendors will have to contend with. It is clearly the best scoring software available today, bar none. Since the software has taken well over two years to develop and much trial and error, it is not free. Membership Module

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ was originally written for the organization's membership management and incorporated into an existing scoring application.  After much consideration, we decided to write the scoring module and the web utilities so that organizations didn't have to bother with multiple applications just to run an organization that likes to race and who has to keep track of memberships too.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has lots of features based around the membership needs of an organization that needs to track events or the history of its members.    Below is a short bulleted list of features that are only available in KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ because it is the only application available that incorporates membership needs and does real-time scoring.

• Promotions - This is a history of the promotions the member has been awarded over time.
• Advancement points - Quick and easy place to see the current points earned by the member in their class or division.
• Year-end points - The total points the member has earned within the season being viewed.
• Customizable Fields - Since we can't think of everything we decided to give you the ability to add as many additional fields to group members as you would like, this is where you do that.
• Race history - The members history of all races attended and results from those.
• Contacts - Lots of organizations talk to outsiders who are not club members, like sponsors.  This is intended to give you an way to add their record to the database without giving them rights as club members.
• Organization roles and VIP's - The member's role(s) currently held within the organization.
• Bike brand and cc - Each member should own a bike to race, this is where we track what they have so that the reports show the correct brand information for the sponsors.
• Same As - This is the ability to assign one home address to many members making it easy on the person entering all the members of the same family that live at the same address.
• Classes and bike number - This is a record of the members current assigned class and the number they have reserved within that class.  This also shows their current advancement points within each class entered.
• Barcode - This is the assigned barcode number for the member.  There can be one or as many as the organization would like to assign, provided it is unique.
• Alerts - the ability to flag a membership record.  These can be informative or preclude a racer from entering a race which can also self expire and/or be overridden by signup personnel.
• Notes - Sometimes you just need a place to jot something down about a member in a place you won't loose it.
• Membership History - This is a summary of all the changes that have occurred for the member record.
• New Member - We have also included an add member wizard with customizable, mandatory and minimal fields for the organization.

Scoring Module

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has incorporated the use of manual, barcodes or transponders for scoring Hare Scramble events. One method or both methods can be used but Transponders make it unnecessary for riders to come to a stop at the scoring chicane. They can now drive at a safe speed through scoring chicanes and still get scored every time. KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ eliminates the burden of manual scoring, adding real-time scoring to the club’s arsenal while reducing the amount of volunteers needed to score a race. KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has built in functionality that focuses on series management like year-to-date points, advancement points and year-end points.  No longer will a volunteer spend hours upon hours updating year-to-date points, advancement points and year-end points, at the click of a button all the calculations are done and the reports generated!

The reports in KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ are extensive and include several different rosters, event setup, event statistics, scoring reports and module generated backup reports for comparison to manual backup sheets or manual error sheets, which are also included.  Pre-entry waivers are quickly and easily printed to save time for both the club and racer alike.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has incorporated several different alphanumeric display types which are used to give the racers live information on their current position, elapsed time and more.  KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ gives the organization the ability to use as many or as few displays as they desire with an easy to use interface to setup the displays and turn them on or off.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ is the only software that is capable of enforcing organization rules in regard to age, gender, and engine size while also allowing the signup personnel a quick and easy way to view all rules related to any class.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ allows team signup and scoring and takes the guess work out of who is on what team and what teams have signed up for the event.  All team scores are automatically calculated and the results are quickly calculated and printed.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ allows the organization to designate as many groups of classes as desired for ease of grouping or scoring the entire group of classes as individuals against one another.  The group can also be limited to just the top number of racers get scores or can be unlimited and have everyone in the group able to be scored.  This concept is a little hard to understand but once you understand it, it allows lots of flexibility and adds lots of power to scoring races such as Top 20 A Classes, B Classes, C Classes and any others you can think of.  Best of all, once you set it up it's automatic and the reports are available online and for print.

A new concept to scorekeeping is the ability to score multiple races simultaneously and merge the results into one complete database without the loss of any information on any of the databases being used.  We have termed this Satellite Scoring ^SM. No longer do you have to carry around multiple copies of a database and then manually combine the results later so that you can post the results on the internet, this is another automated task and takes only seconds.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has taken a lot of the monotonous tasks involved in setting up an event such as setting up classes, start times, lap counts, class rules and much, much more and made them easy to add by using database defaults.  Now you can setup up the class once, then add the class with the same values to as many events as you wish in seconds! 

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ even goes further than that, it allows you to enter specific information in regards to the race such as the waiver text that in mandatory on all entry sheets and flags minors that need that additional waiver, the minor release.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ is also setup to allow each club to accept credit card payments for online signup and have that payment go directly to their individual account without outside intervention and designate a different price for each and every class is they wish.

For those organizations that use transponders, KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has transponder tracking built into the signup process so that a club can get statistics on how many transponders were purchased or borrowed for each event.

Web Utilities

Once again, we take pride in boasting that this in not available in any other scoring application available today!  KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ has online utilities that are password protected for members that allow members to signup for upcoming events, update their personal information, change their PIN, change their bike brand or even promote themselves to a higher division.

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ comes with online reports that include event scores, sandbagger reports, year-to-date reports, advancement reports, year-end reports and more.  These reports are viewable by members and non-members alike.

Miscellaneous

KeepTrack Membership Scoring™ is written in the latest technology available today and fully supported by the creators.  It is written using Microsoft's Visual Studios .NET and intended to only work on the Windows platform.
